i swaped my celica engine 3SGE to 3SGTE & useing 3SGE tranny out of the beams engine...my problem is when I power shift it at high RPM (more than 7000...

By the mounts i take it you mean the two on the side of the engine ( err one on the engine by the belt, and the other holding up the tranny?)...

check the resource site as it has a 3sgte BGB book....
