actually i think it might be a 14mm. i know the banjo bolt on top is a 17mm....
clean up the throttle body and all the valves under it. probably the IAC valve gummed up...

its next to the oil pan i think it just looks like a normal oil filter sat at a angle its leaking from there...
I had holes in my fuel filler neck too and it used to leak gas while filling up and smell of gas in general. I ordered one from Ebay for around 90$ us...

Battery terminals and cables are all new. I'll double check and clean all the earthing points again and see how it goes.

because the 2nd gen is older electronics it more of a wiring issue. the 3rd gen was factory in the 6th gen celica so the wiring is very minimal....
