A tune up will cost more than the intake, header, exhaust. You replace all pulleys, all belts, new plugs, new wires, new ignition system, new fuildes in everything is a must. Then you open the motor...

Intake, Header, Exhaust and a good tune up will really help out. Don't underestimate the tune up. I probably put more hp to the ground from from that than anything else. This will help even a 7afe ...

The st205 is MAP isn't it? I just hate messing with those MAF sensors. Seem like the really slow down the tunability. I think that alone would be worth $500.

The 325i is a good car. Sporty and reliable. Check out BMW's reliability ratings. It's also big enough to put things in and be a possible future family car. It's RWD, but BMW's RWD system still wo...

I think the Forester would be cool especially if you were going to rally race or do any off roading. I like the idea of swapping the 2.5 turbo in old Legacy GT. It's even lighter. But to be able to...

I like those wheels. Bold choice. Watch those rotors for breaking, I'm too chicken to buy drilled rotors. I would like to see the radio system left out, those things are too heavy. That quarter is...

You can get more than enough hp out of your 5sfe with just the turbo. Have the 5sfe rebuilt, then slap the turbo on thier. It'll be fast enough to outrun most anything on the street like that. Just...

Depends on what class you want to race in. If you're going for any mod type of class, the ST coupe is the best bet. It is the lightest of all. I would pick a 94/95 based on the fact that the wiring...

I've had a wissle, it means there's a leak. Jack it up and turn it on, they are easy to find. Some "do it yourself" patch stuff from advanced auto should fix it right up for you.

I'd bet it's an axle. 95% of the time that's what breaks. Especially this time of year with the cold and ice out. You hit ice and then get traction and the axle breaks.

Check the fuse to your ABS too, if you have it. The ABS will make the brake light come on too. It's probibly a faulty switch in the e-brake though.

Seems a no brainer to me to go with a 04+ 1mzfe. Lighter is better. Tuning will be harder at first, but there is more potiential to make it not only a powerful motor but a reliable one too.
