I am not sure if this will work out for the 5SFE turboed, but is it better just getting the 3GSTE head or Cylinder Head/valves against getting just components to install.

YES!!! I got the engine...hehe but I am paying a butt load for it. My mechanic talked to Venus auto and they sold him a ST215 3SGTE for 2800 and they wouldn't take credit card so I got put some cash...
