dude that is what is happening to mine...i have to keep popping the trunk from the inside till it finally catches then i shut the door and it closes it again...what can i do? i dont think its broken j...

also my hatch lever is broken when i pull up to pop it i have to play around for like 5 minutes until it finally catches...will this require a whole new trunk latch assembly?
