Looks like it needs a rebuild. Spins freely but has some shaftplay and needs new oil seals. Rebuild kits are $40-$60 dollars. Lmk

Pretty much. All cars made after 96 are obdll and they just plug into the port and scan for codes and it also checks to make sure all emissions sensors and componets are working properly.
