Give it a blast of carb cleaner and give it a scrub if you can. Also people use sea foam, but I don't know if that cleans the intake plenum.

I have to agree with the person above who said it looks like oil got all over your intake and valve cover. The texture is inconsistent and patchy. I just don't like it at all.
