vac leaks are USUALLY just a hose that got brittle or cracked. Easy to repair, can be a real pain to track down for those would aren't too handy with cars.

It's likely a mount. But also check your fuild level (hot while the engine idels, or whatever it says on the dipstick) and inspect the tranny and it's associated lines for leaks.
