Found out i needed to plug wires. They were grounding out in the cylinder head through a few pin holes in the plug wire boots.

Take a rubber mallet and tap the axle in. When it is in all the way you'll hear difference from the sound being not in all the way and being in all the way. Plus the axle won't go any farther.

Fuel pressure regulators are connected to the fuel rail. It should have a vacuum line going to it.

check and see if the fuel pressure regulator is bad. When those go bad, they cause hard starts. After running the engine pull the vacuum line out and if gas is in the vacuum line FPR is bad. [

so looks like either something with the ecu or dizzy. Correct? The injectors won't pulse unless having a signal from the dizzy.
