Try some penetrating oil or try just heating the nut. I had to use a 1400lb impact wrench on a nut on a ford that I had just to get it off. Also the torque for that nut is 66 lb/ft.

It won't hurt for short times. Longer runs in dusty weather can cause build up on sensors, the intake and maybe the cylinder and piston surfaces. Don't worry just try to remember next time.

It sounds like you are going to have to recheck everything. Mainly the clutch linkage.
