Had mine in 2 years now, no issues.
Other members have had them for longer, no issues.
From what I hear its also much more difficult to install with the crush tubes.

I can't see the picture cause Im at work. But you don't need these.
I have them installed, without the crush tubes, and no issues.
There's bunch of other memebers here that have them without the crush...

I've had poly bushings installed for about 2 years now, haven't greased them, and I haven't heard any squeeking. I wouldn't be too worried.
