They are indeed washer jets for the headlights. I've been led to believe they're only on Euro cars not on imports etc. I hate them they'll be getting changed reasonably soon as I maybe going facelift ...

I'm not sure if it was just an american thing. I'm sure that the pre-facelift UK spec Celica's didn't have them but the facelift's did though

You'd think it'd be simple but in the ones shown there there's the yellow spiral adaptor on mine there isn't one. I couldn't see a black wire else it'd be simply just a case of extending the wire back...
