I would asume thats only refering to that it is capible for adding power locks, like u get the module and it will work, thats what mine is.

Your best bet when using a 4a-ge head, is to use 4a-gze pistons. then that will make a nice set-up for a turbo. If your going N/A it would still be nice, and then just use ITB's Iv seen them on e-bay ...

What about the 7a-gTe ?? swap the 4age head, replace internals and then turbo.
