First of all - rolla cant have speed limiter, cuz it aint has ECU
Just in case... It is carb, i reved it few times before till 8K in winter on Ice... And our celicas, you can switch out the speed limi...

Yes, the speedo is totaly accurate, cuz i got pulled over few weeks back by cops, cuz i was 32 km/h over the limet, and the speed they showed me was just like i was doing...
