wait im sorry if i was misleading. the GT Pressure plate will not bolt up to a 3sgte flywheel.
What you need is:
A 3sgte pressure plate
A 3sgte clutch disc with 5sfe tranny splines.

yeah i have the same setup as what your going for. 5sfe s54 tranny with a jdm 3sgte. it will be fine. might aswel buy the whole clutch setup, there are different clamping loads for every clutch setup....

could be anything. check for boost leaks. check vaccum lines, wastegate lines, couplers. for your sake i hope its just a boost leak and not something internal.
