why just not use "old" cruise control switch with "new" st wheel? You will keep spiral (module) so only issue should be how mount that switch... see

according to my calculation it would exactly meet front fenders and be just really slightly sink in back. I can share with numbers

this cluster is compound of two clusters. US ST cluster (speedo) and JDM GT-four cluster (rest of that)
