My ST has a power antenna in the back. If your antenna shaft is one piece and can bend it's not powered. Power antennas are ridgid and made of multiple pieces.

You might want to think about a new alternator. The stock alternator is only rated for 70 amps. The Kicker KX600 each draw up to 60 amps. When you go loud you will run out of power.

the panel under the hood is on the drivers side above the wheel. if you have a multimeter use it to check the fuses. sometimes you can't tell they are bad.
