My best guess would be that you've got some sort of malware that is adding ads or malicious content into websites automatically. Nothing has changed that would cause that warning as far as I can tell....

Yeah, you'll be fine. Neon doesn't draw much power at all, so unless you leave it on for a long time with the car off, you'll be fine.
