cut it about 10 and a half inches.. if it doesnt fit do a little bit of sanding or use a Rasp.... and get it to where it fits..

if you want to use the stock speaker locations and still use 3 ways then look into Infinity's shallow mounts... i think you would love them, or some other shallow mount speakers... i personally am not...
