You should be using a post Tb source, so anything from the intake manifold is fine. If you don't have it hooked up to a vac source, then that's why it's not working properly.

Unplug your battery and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes. This will reset the ecu. Reconnect the battery, start the car and let it idle for about another 10-15 so it can readjust fuel and etc.

You can ship the door cards through USPS for $15 each if you pay online. The dimensions have to be fairly tight so you don't get hit with the balloon charge that makes it really pricey. Just an fyi

Well if you have more weight in the car, it's obviously going to not brake as well because you have more mass being propelled forward which means you need more stopping power to slow it down.
