The tweeters are hooked up via a crossover.
Front left/right wires hook up to the crossover, than from there they goto the driver and tweeter.

I doubt it very much I never tried it, it will probably work on thin pieces like 1/4" or 1/2" maybe even 3/4" but I doubt it will work on bodykits, etc.

the frame is cut from the back of the fenders, you get everything from the fender to the bumper, engine, ecu, axles, transmission, etc....

Normally its a good rule to drill no matter the size, since bondo isnt really a good sticking agent, it tends to start cracking and will eventually fall off when you hit bumps, etc....
