is your check engine light on?
it could be a o2 sensor, or it could also be a leaky vacuum hose
if you can hear a faint hissing from behind the intake manifold, chances are its a loose or leaky vacuum...

this is not thought to be a feasible engine swap becuase it is a straight 6 and the motormounts would never work, I'm not sure but it prolly just wouldn't fit at all
