looks like distributor going bad...
you might need to look at things like the engine codes, issues with your ECU, doublecheck your voltage on your battery same time with your alternator.

check all motor mounts even see if it is secured or cracked, check your idle or performance, that can cause shaking, like ^ said, can be a bad spark plug, like you only have 3 cyl running.
