The High Mileage stuff preserves the weight of the oil and ups the viscosity. Its a bit thicker and it wont seep through your engine and out your exhaust as much... Keeps it in the pan longer.

What are you trying to do here?
Youll need to run a relay that runs (-) when the ignition is seeing 12v. Id just bypass the ground when armed, unless you NEED to use it?
