The only thing more difficult about doing it with the engine in the car is getting the seal to seat properly while under the car or in the wheel well. I would suggest getting a housing gasket as well ...

That's just a regular Camry clutch disc, if you look up the Beams disc it is available #31250-20333, why not use that?
Also, did you not replace any of the tensioners or idler...

Throwout bearing for the 5S S54 #31...
