As long as i saw 3SFE engines, and how they are mounted, they do look like they are mounted the same as 5S or 3SGE. So i think you wount need new motor mounts, only the new trany, ...

No, you will get the fould on your dash, but i dont know about the passenger air bag, will it still work... the easyest way to remove the fault - remove airbag bulb from the cluster..

If you gonna go N/A route, then this will be the best bang for the $. Get some ITb's, good cams, fuel managment and you will gain more then 20 hp for sure.. But higher octane will need to be used..

Yes, they will, you will gain somthing about 10-15 hp at most if everything done right....
If you want pistons, then get GZE pistons, you will have higher CR with them..
