you can get the gt-4 bumper from your toyota dealer. Mine was able to order about 1/2 of all the pieces you need for the bumper/hood conversion. I had a lady in hong kong get me the rest. Good luck.

I wouldn't want to switch to the 96+ bumper. Just stick with the 94-95. It looks better I think, but even if you don't think so, a new bumper is gunna cost a bit, and the painting is the spensive part...
