there shouldnt be too much of a gap if you have 18s, but your gonna feel allot of bumps with very low pros on. if you decide to change the struts and springs, might as well take out the rear bearings ...

a good rule of thumb when cutting, trimming or replacing rotors is to get some new pads, you dont want to glaze the old pads or have glazed pads resurface the newer rotors and warp them again.
