Now would it be better just to get a T3/T4 turbo insteand of the ct20b?

Ok i am defently will be doing a 185 swap soon.
But i would like to know ways to improve this engine for more power so far ive came up with this
AMF to MAP sensor conversion.
Upgrade turbo with a ct20...
