I pulled the 40 amp fuse(AM1) off my car and it controls all your accessories not your ignition. Here is what quit working that I know is still hooked up to my factory wiring when I removed that fuse....

How many fuses have you blown and which ones? Was the car running, driving, or just turning the key on at the time? Did this start right after your swap or how long have you driven it since the swap? ...

Also check for any wires that are down around the bottom of the car where the ice might have scraped them bare and are making your car short out.

Both, if you removed them doing the swap. You probably have two wires in the wrong places somewhere.

Check all your wires you removed while doing your swap, sounds like you might have put one in the wrong place.

Replace the fuse, sometimes they blow where you can't see them.
