i imagine the bottom end will be relatively ok.
the head, on the other hand, would be cracked or warped i bet

looks like 84-91 4age also uses the same head bolts as the 7afe.

the 7a uses 2 different bolts.
a short bolt and a long one. i think the shorts go in the rear..

Its the EFI FUSE, not the relay. Engine bay main fuse box, 15a fuse, forward most row of fuses, closest to the fender.
