Most alltrac guys I know running WI, have the nozzle on the TB inlet.
And the water tank should be as far as possible from the heat source (engine)

According to Steve (Betsy), it is 45mm.
But from what I have read, not all 45mm offset wheels will clear the caliper.
It also depends on the wheel/spoke design. (back space)

If you are going to recirculate it, get the MR2T BPV.
It works. It's cheap. It is reliable and will not leak under boost.
Or you can pay $100 more for bling bling effect and get HKS and its recirculat...
