The fogs I got are eurolite with halos in em. They have three wires comming out of them. The black is the ground, the white is connected to the fuse and the blue one is supposed to connect to the turn...

You can move the needle I believe like from 5 mpb -> 30 mph, I think its safe. Pulling it up might cause it to break though. I'll just use a mini tap connector I got from radioshack. Make things easie...
