I was just thinking the 235 would be a better choice for my V6 with its TORQUE than 215s. 225s cant really be found

i had 17*7 rims with 215/40s on them.. so i dont think an extra 2cm of tire is too much for an extra 1/2 in of wheel..

Check the lines to the MAP sensor.
Might also try to O2 sensor.. but if its lacking power even at WOT I wouldnt think the O2 is at fault as the ecu ignores pretty much every sensor at WOT other than R...
