Sounds like you ripped one of the four o-rings between the head and rail. Take out the rail, buy new o-rings put a little oil on them and carefully reinstall the rail.

Maybe you still have stock inserts in the front. It seems way to bouncy, my setup is solid as a rock. I also have sway bars so that could stiffen things up a bit.

Are you talking about swapping this into your 6th gen ? If so it will be a ton of custom work, you'd be better off swapping in a 3sge, 3sgte, or even a toyota v6.
