yeah the only low part in the rear of a celica is the bottom of the tailpipe on an aftermarket exhaust.

im guessing 3/8 inch is te size used throughout the entire fuel system actually.., as that would give you an 8mm hose barb or a -6 fitting and stock fuel hose is 8mm ...
