use a volt meter at horn end and get a mate to press horn see if power to source no power its relay but i think its your horn it also could be a bad earth check from horn to chassis making a good conn...

bonnet fits no problem but you do need the slam panel/catch off gt4 aswell and you could always put a light in the gap ive seen a few with gap and they dont look too bad
