easiest way i think is to just spray the hell out of them with some WD-40, let it set a few hours then have at it. that should work

yeah that was the problem... the gasket didn't want to sit right so it bulged up around one of the cams fixed now

yeah man i think my valve cover was a still a little wet when i put it back on, that could be the cause of my problems. im gonna run to autozone and pick up the gasket remover and spray the rubber gas...

a 4a would be easier IMO due to the fact that i'm pretty sure its a bolt on, at least to the tranny of the 7afe. if you got a 3sgte you would need to install GT motor mounts and a few other brackets.....

could be a bad thermostat, telling your car to use more coolant than it should, especially if its reading at 33% running temp, mines about 46%. i could be wrong though
