Thanks, but what about draining the old fluid? Is it simply unclip the hose at the pump and allow it to drain into a bucket? Then reconnect, fill and bleed?

So IMO im not burning oil. Also had an MOT on friday and the mechanic also said that if it's not burning as he had it on idle for at least 20 minut...

Yep +1 for KYB GR2's and I recon combine that with the Tein SS tech or Eibach springs for height drop!!!
Further down the line I reccomend doing the busings too! And strut bars are always good!!!
