But as for me it would be useless. The OEM sunvisors are big for me already. Whenever I use them, I only pull them down halfway. Pulling them all the way down literally blinds my view.

As important as a Head gasket is, I would've gotten one from the dealer. Its something you shouldn't be looking for the lowest price. That's just my opinion. Good Luck.

Passenger side has A1 Cardone (new not rebuilt version). Driver side, my original axle was rebuilt. None has giving me issues (3years).

I had the same problem. Alternator was fine. Turns out the gauge wire bolted on the alternator was turning to ashes. I just ended up replace the alternator and got a new gauge wire.
