you can get all the parts off a 6th gen celica GT or 5th gen celica GTS
my rear discs are from a 5th gen celica GTS...works just fine. rear calipers, rear backing plates, all the internal ebrake stuff...

no u dont have to...only if they rub u have to either raise the car a bit more (oh yes the beauty of adjustable height), change ur wheels/tires, or roll ur fenders.
