Hey, I've got a K&N too...and I don't notice anything either but it sure beats changing your air filter every oil change. Had it for over a year, and that sucker is still pretty clean.

They're tiny LEDs, and require soldiering...it's not simple, and best left to someone that knows a lot about doing it. Someone around here was doing it for a fee a while back.

I think I did push it down too hard, because my speedo needle looks closer to the surface of the guage than my tach needle does...so I'll try pulling the needle up a lil' bit.
