I want to know how you install the hid kits in the celica 95 on both high and low beams so both can be kept on at the same time. or i is it a bad idea?

"Official!!!! 1156 LED bulbs DO NOT FIT in my reverse tails location. The bulb is slightly bigger and wont fit in i could enlarge the hole a little but i dont know if water will get in. So im leaving...
