As above, does it happen in neutral? If yes, the you can usually rule out transmission.

It's a 264. Idle is set at 1000rpm which causes no issues. May sound lumpy, but you don't really feel it in the car.
Gauges were custom made.

Check to ensure al the injector plugs are connected properly. Sounds like one could be loose or have a bad connection.
