Hmmm, I'm pretty sure that you don't go to juvinile court for traffic violations or accident related things. But when you get tickets and stuff, it's pretty standard to go to court.

The electric turbos are little more than a fan that blows into your intake. Although I did see a dyno where someone gained like 10 horse.
