Make sure you get a 93+ MR2 turbo transmission with LSD. This is CRUCIAL to put the power to the ground or you'll always have trouble with eating tires. You could always so it w/o LSD, via non-LSD MR2...

Small turbo on a stock 2JZ-GTE is a CT20 (not related to what everyone calls a CT20b), not a CT26. The MKIII Supras used one turbo and that was a CT26. Just makin sure to get that bit in there.
