well, to me chrome rims and vinyal is a no-no.
chrome is luxury, not sport.
but its your car, do with it what u want.
If u had silver rims, i would suggest silver and white grafix.

the gauge should come with a new sending unit(mine did)
Find your stock one, unbolt it/unscrew it.
replace with new one.
