Not so sure about that as it sort of falls inline with the Lexus RC-F. One of the FT-1 lead project members mentioned that Scion has the FR-S, Lexus has the upcoming RC-F, but Toyota as a brand lacks ...

if i recall correctly, the only difference in the RHD shifter is that the shifter is straight, and the LHD has a slight bend that puts the knob a little closer to the driver.
