are you refering to the afm? You do need that depending on what gen 3sgte we are referring to. Yes you you need the map sensor and ignitor also.

does it come with the oil lines / coolant lines if it is water cooled Im not sure? Also what about the downpipe?

^^ it might be a bpv off of a caldina but the way it works its simply hooked up to the cold side of the turbo, its hooked up very very very wrong. Its obviously not a caldina motor and a second gen 3...
