Looks to me like you either have bad rings on #2 or a head gasket leak on #2. My 7a looked like that on #3. Also IAC might need to be cleaned for your idle issue.

Only grease where the caliper hits the pad and the slides. Also cheap pads or glazed rotors will creek.
Also those pins, i call them slides, shouldnt have to be replaced as long as there greased good....
